The plane can go up to 20,000m high up. Its range it 241km and its capacity is 42. The plane is a blue rarity so you have to wait for it or buy it with UP (why would you). People don't like the plane because it doesn't have afterburners like the Boom Overture or the SBJ. Its predecessor is the TU-144S which have afterburners unless the TU-144D.
